The farmer, our fundamental base of our products

Bionesia Organic Foods is not only active in fresh coconut processing without impact of chemical manipulation, it also highly appreciates the physically challenging work of its farmers. The harvest of coconuts is carried out manually with 23 m long bamboo sticks. The use of monkeys is in the region unknown. Heavy machinery cannot be employed due to the lack of electricity, exhaust contamination, noise and destruction such machinery would bring to our pristine coconut forests.

Bionesia has its own agricultural department and teaches farmers in organic farming that get an incentive for their efforts enabling regular schooling of children and a better life-style.

Bionesia Organic Foods not only provides fresh and savory coconut products for coconut lovers, but also focuses on processing products that are already organic to serve the growing demands of the health conscious community as well as people that want to contribute to a meat – and animal product free society.

Not only does organic coconut milk resemble its cow’s counterpart in color and texture, in our opinion, it is as rich in taste and dairy free and does not contain any chemicals and hormones. Coconut milk is the only alternative milk surrogate that is naturally sweet, similar to cow milk. No sugar has to be added to make the product tasty and desirable.
