Coconut Milk in Can (9-24% fat)
Coconut milk is an opaque milky white liquid extracted from grated coconut. However for us it is one of the substitutes for cow’s milk which carries the same name “milk” even though it is completely plant-based. It is white in color, creamy and has a rich taste. So how do we do it?
After the coconut water is retrieved from the nut, it is de-shelled and the brown skin shaved-off. After cleaning the white flesh with hot water steam, it is grinded and freshly pressed with a screw press. The raw coconut milk is then homogenized, filled in BPA free cans and sterilized. The whole process does not take more than 2-3 hours which is important to keep the freshness of the milk.

LOW FAT AND – HIGH FAT DESICCATED COCONUT
Our organic low fat shredded coconut derives from the dried coconut milk press cake (coconut meat after coconut milk has been retrieved) and therefore has lower fat (35-48%) than the ordinary DC (“High Fat DC”) that is gained from dried fresh coconut meat. Both products in organic quality and free of any chemicals, colorization or added flavors. Coconut Chips
Coconut chips are a trendy oil free snack that are made from fresh creamy coconut flesh. Our coconut chips are available just dried as “natural chips” or oven baked as “toasted or roasted chips”. Try our natural chips as a “salah sprinkler” or enrich your cereals and mueslis with some extra tropical tasty fiber. As creative topping to stir fry home made dishes you can be sure to get extra attention from your guests.

Coconut Flour
Used in the bakery industry or as nutrition packed topping for mueslis or cereals, coconut flour is considered a top coconut derived product. Coconut flour is gained by graining the remaining “coconut cake” after the oil has been retrieved. Coconut flour has a sweet, nutty aroma and is ivory or light cream in colour. Since it doesn’t contain gluten, people on gluten-free diets can substitute coconut flour in their recipe for baked goods.
